PSL 5: Four matches postponed due to corona virus decided to be held in Lahore in November.

The Pakistan Cricket Board has announced that the four postponed matches of Pakistan Super League 5 will be held in November this year. All four matches will be played in Lahore.
It may be recalled that the Pakistan Super League 5 was held in February-March this year but due to the corona virus situation, the Pakistan Cricket Board had to postpone the event to March 17 with four matches left in the series.
According to the schedule, Multan Sultans will face Karachi Kings in the qualifier match on November 14 and the winning team will make it to the final. On the same day, Lahore Qalandars will face Peshawar Zalmi in the first eliminator. The team that loses the qualifier on November 15 will face the winner of the first eliminator, while the final of the series will be played on November 17.

Biosecure environment

 The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has said that these four PSL matches will be played under the protocol of Code 19 where all the players, match officials and other staff will be kept in a bio-secure environment. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has said that the current program is to play all matches in a closed stadium without spectators, but a final decision will be made in October. Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chief executive Wasim Khan said that the announcement of PSL's postponed match schedule has given the franchises ample time to prepare for the matches.
