Why talk of Boom Boom Afridi in IPL?

 

Dubai: Former national cricket team captain and all-rounder Boom Boom Afridi has been the talk of the Indian Premier League (IPL) and Australian batsman Steve Smith has also become a fan of him.

An interview was conducted with Australian batsman Steve Smith, who represents Rajasthan Royals in the IPL, at the end of which the female host asked him if he wanted to give a message to his captain. At the request of the host, Smith wrote a message to his captain asking him to give the ball to Boom Boom.

As everyone knows that Pakistani players have not been a part of the Indian Cricket League since the first edition of the IPL, the host asked in amazement what he wrote, to which Smith replied, "Yes." That means I have to bowl the ball.
